Job Description:
- Become a fraud prevention solution expert
- Diagnose and resolve issues encountered during product integration
- Provide education and guidance on configuring and working with Simility’s products to prevent problems before they occur
- Contribute to the end-to-end quality of the product by verifying fixes and advocating for improvements
- Good knowledge and understanding of Linux, containers and deployment methodologies
- Cloud experience (AWS/GCP) is nice to have
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with dynamic objectives
- Excellent teamwork and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with Big data technologies such as Cassandra, Spark, and Kafka is a plus
- Experience in coding with Java and/or Python is a big plus
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelors or master’s in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Top-notch problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex concepts
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
