Road Map to Grand Finale

  • Phase 1 – Registrations and Idea submissions: Form a team of up to four members and submit your innovative ideas and solutions as per the submission template. Also, share with us your innovative ideas through an interesting elevator pitch video (1-2 mins).
  • Phase 2 - Online Simulation: Only shortlisted teams will advance to this stage and participate in the online simulation round.
  • Phase 3 - Prototyping: Top 20 teams will receive a funding of INR 25,000 to build their prototypes and compete in the semi-final round. If you are selected, you will get a chance to be mentored by our innovation coaches and present the final solution to the grand jury in the next round.
  • Final Phase - Grand Finale: Compete in the grand finale and present your innovative ideas to win big.
Prizes:

The team which presents the most creative elevator pitch video will win a mega cash prize of INR 10,000 (per team member).

Responsibilities:  

·         Merchant Acquisition: The incumbent is expected to onboard new merchants in the geography allocated to him/her. Since payments are agnostic to the category of business, the spectrum of merchants that can be onboarded is vast. The incumbent must use her/his acumen and understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem to come up with holistic solutions for the key accounts.

·         Account Management: Onboarding merchants on the platform is the first stage of a long-term relationship between PhonePe and the account. The strength of these relationships, combined with our technology-based solutions, will eventually determine the success in each market when the revenue numbers will be evaluated. The incumbent’s task is to develop a deep understanding and hold over each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task to even enter the account.

·         Map Competition: To be able to take timely action, it is imperative that we monitor the market and be informed of the competition’s activity in key accounts. This will ensure that appropriate response strategies are being formulated and implemented. The incumbent must keep a close watch on competition, share best practices internally and ensure that PhonePe always stays one step ahead in the market.

TEST ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility criteria for TCS Ninja Hiring - YOP 2022:

 

·         Percentage: Minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) marks should be 60% or 6 CGPA in Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination

 

·         Backlogs / Arrears / ATKT: Students should not have more than 1 active backlog / arrear/ ATKT at the time of appearing for the TCS Selection process in the highest qualification. If selected, students should not have any pending backlog or arrear at the time of joining TCS

 

·         Gap / Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education, if any. Break in education should not be due to extended education (examinations cleared after the time stipulated by the Board / University). Any break in education should not exceed 24 months and is permissible only for valid reasons. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education

 

·         Course Types: Only Full-Time courses will be considered (Part Time / Correspondence courses will not be considered). Students who have completed their Secondary and / or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the other courses are full time. All pending backlogs should be completed within the stipulated time duration

 

·         Work Experience: Students with prior work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply for the TCS Ninja hiring process
